The alleged crimes started as early as 1999, and threats and what police believe were coerced confessions have helped drive them down their original timeline.
Police offered a $250,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the victim or boy who they believe committed the crimes. They failed to apprehend a suspect or key suspect, according to the Lafayette County District Attorney's office.
